POOF! Green and black smoke drifted through the air as the green boy landed himself on the couch, looking around. "Aaaaaaaaanybody here?"

Emma looked up from filing her nails with a dirty look. She hadn't even been here a whole day and already people were invading her personal space. Couldn't a girl watch television in peace? She swung her long blonde hair over her shoulder and pierced the intruder with an icy glare as she crossed one leg over another.
"I suppose your mutant power is the need to be watered twice a week?" she asked caustically.

He recoiled a bit. Jeeze, not even a whole day there and he was already getting fussed at. "Yeah, and I guess your's is to keep that bug up your ass alive." Huntin was a bit shocked he said soemthing like that.

"Oh, come on Emma. No need to be so mean." Chris said, walking in. He was in his animal form, but he figured out how to transform his vocal cords to match his human forms. He was about seven feet tall, and had no eyes. Also, four slits on each side of his throat seemed to be opening and closing, almost like gills. Those, though, was his sonar. "I'm Chris Ofiesh." He said, bowing a bit. Although he was extremely tall, he still lowerd himself to about 3 feet tall. "You must be new here, I assume?" He asked, laying down next to the couch.

"Um.." He gave the girl an apologetic look. "Yeah. Just a few hours here, actually. Took a nap and yeah..." No need to give everyone a detailed list of what you did today. "Just trying to get situated. Oh. Right. I'm Huntin Wilcox."

"Nice to meet ya. Call me Wildmutt." He said with a laugh, and rolled over on his back, scratching an itchy spot on his back. "Ah, the heck with this." He said, transforming into his human form, and grabbed a backscratcher, scratching the itchy spot on his back. "Oh yeah.. thats the spot." He said lazily. He had had that itch every since science class.

Huntin couldn't help but chuckle. "That was almost adorable." He crossed his arms across his chest and smile truly for the first time in a while. "Anything special I need to do here? I got a room for myself but I don't know the rest...only met a girl name Jasmine and I don't really have a clue of what to do....heh...rhymes......."

A smile slid across his Grinch-remniscent skin and he looked to Wildmutt. "Hey, there a piano anywhere around here?" He scratched his head, his hand disappearing a bit.

Grant walked into the room tossing a ball of fire up and down. He stopped when he saw the other people there. "Damn it. I was hoping to be alone." He glanced at the green boy and chuckled shaking his head.

"Hey, man, don't be hatin on the greenness." Ah, it was apparent if he was any other color he'd be white. His faux-play-ghetto speech was horrible. Had he more balls he'd say something about getting a cream for his burning ball, but he wasn't in much of a mood to get charbroiled. He looked to Grant with a small smile. "Like the hair, man."

Grant grinned slightly "Thanks kid." He went over and stood next to the window. He looked out and made the fireball turn purple.

"....okay that's just cool." Huntin was usually pretty much a hang-back kind of guy, but, like most other teenagers, he liked watching shiny things and fire, especially when they changed color. He poofed out of the room and back into it, sitting on the ground a few feet away from Grant, little POOFS of smoke lingering in the air for a bit before he settled down.

Grant shook his head as the kid disappeared. He wasn't much of a fan of younger people. He glanced down at him when he reapeared. "I'm Grant or Feuer. Whichever you want."

He nodded. "Ja, mein Feuer." He kind of got that mar-leave-me-alone feeling from Grant, so he scooted back a bit. "Huntin or that green kid, whatever suits you." He backed up a little more, still staring at the pretty purple fire.

Emma tuned back into the conversation the boys seemed to be having at her. They were absolutely impossible to ignore, with their constant transforming and disappearing and shrinking or whatever their paltry powers were. She let out an exaggerated sigh and turned to the one who had sat down next to her, Chris something-or-other and raised an eyebrow. "Yes, I just got here today, and I have to say the service around here is terrible." She raised her voice a bit louder so that the others could hear her. "I can't believe we have to bring our own bags in. In a place this size, you'd think they'd at least have a butler."

Grant let out a derisive laugh. "What's wrong Princess. Don't like 'hard' labor." He shook his head and made the fire ball grow a little bigger and turn black.

Emma shot him a whithering look and watched the fireball darken in his hand. "I don't do hard labour," she tossed back, "I'm an intellectual, not a servant." She leaned back into the comfortable couch and twirled a lock of silky hair around her fingers, elbowing the boy next to her with nary an apology. The green one hadn't said anything. Honestly, the IQ level in this room would be negative if it wasn't for her.

Grant chuckled and inclined his head slightly "Lassen Sie uns alle Verbeugung zur Prinzessin" He grinned, as if he knew what she was thinking. "I thought I left people like you when I left NYC"

Emma blinked and scowled. German. That had to be German he was speaking, it sounded like one of her father's old business clients. 'I actually like New York," she said clearly. "Although it doesn't hold a candle to Milan."

Grant shook his head, unimpressed. "Oh, Milan! How fascinating." His voice was practicallly dripping with sarcasim. He muttered to himself."Ich kann sie nicht glauben. ..she ist nur wie jeder von Heim. "
