X23 nodded, and joined Klassic, listening to the end of his speech. Was humanity worth the sacrifice of one's own life? Or did they have their own right to live? If all others died, would she be free? Even in death was freedom. This had to be done. "I'm ready when you are," X23 said. "Let's hunt."

Klassic nodded, the light glinting off of his green eye pieces. He loaded his weapon and opened the gate. Klassic was the first one through, he rolled low and sprung up to give covering fire should anyone find this spot. His five soldiers followed suite, and Klassic and his team began to pick thier way through the rubble towards the fallen battlement.

X23 leaped behind them from boulder to rubble heap to ground and back up again, her eyes searching the area, her nose to the wind. The sky was cloudy and darkening as dusk came on, but it hardly lessoned her eyesight. Her ears were pealed to catch any sound other than the scuffle of men crawling along the ground. The gunfire was still ringing in her head, momentarily imparing her ability.

Klassic signalled for a stop as gunshots rang out, he moved up near to where x23 was. "can you find the direction?" Klassic turned and looked at his troops, he pointed to two of them and motioned that they move up closer.
Klassic reveled in combat, but the waiting is what killed him, so much time, so much anticipation. He was glancing all around him, the low light feature of his mask aiding him, but not nearly as well as x23's abilities would.

X23 motioned in two directions, the top of her head barely sticking up above the pile of crumbled cement, not enough to be a clear target in the dark. "There are soldiers there and there," she said pointing covertly. "I think they are just sentries and the only two in this area, but I have been wrong before..." Pointing past where the soldiers were, she said, "The fortified area that was taken is in that direction."

Hannah lightly walked over the ground, leading her teams towards a vantage point. She quickly and effectively directed her captains, telling them exactly where Eliza wanted them, she headed down with her third unit, which was the attacking unit.

"I have ill feelings about this battle General," Iris said her broomstick in hand, "It seems that everything is against us."

"That's because most everything is against us, Weaver." Hannah said, her eyes following the troops that were moving into position. "Should Apocalypse's forces be too much for us, at least were won't give him any ground to stand on."

Klassic looked at x23, and signaled his two to sweep around and flank both locations.
"which side is your preference, I will meet you on the other side of the corner."
Klassic began to break left, without waiting for x23's answer, sending his two more of his squad to the right and taking another with him to the left.

"If all else fails I shall use my abilities to destroy him, even if it's to end my own," Iris said walking into the courtyard and the many mythical and magical beasts bowed to her.

Apocalypse, the mighty and cruel, called upon his most powerful warriors to aid him in battle. "Come forth War, Famine, Pestilence, and Death," he said as a portal opened.
"About time you called us, Apocalypse," a beautiful woman stepped out. She was clad in gold and silver armor, her mere presence gave her authority. A deadly double bladed sword was in her hand, relaxed for the time being. She was the Horseman of War, once a mutant named Magzie that had caught the eye of Apocalypse, he had given her the title with more power then she could have dreamed of. Her natural Pheromone powers were ten folds a strong, enough to cause armies to fight each other. Super strength, armor that couldn't be pierced by mortals, a blade that made mortal weak to their knees, a helmet that resisted telepathics, super speed to cut down her opponents, and the ability to fly. Not to mention a special favorite to the Lord himself, "Did you miss us?" she asked drapping her arms around his neck.

Hannah strode out in front of her own army, her eyes flickering thoughtfully to Iris as she mused on the many scenarios of war. Many of these possible outcames came out with either Eliza's forces victorious, Apocalypse's victorious, or both forces destroying each other.

"Now for the first wish of the Queen's," Iris said waving her staff and a small door appeared in the air, "Door opne," Iris said and instantly a bushy haired girl fell out onto the ground below.
"Aw, Iris Ih was about tah beat Kurt in Mortal Comabt in tha Dangah Room!" the girl said pouting a little.
"I came to you before hand to tell you, that was enough," Iris said helping the girl up.
"Yeh, yeh, hey hi Hannah!" she said waving to the older version of the girl she knew.

Hannah, for the first time losing her composure, blinked in surprise at this girl. She instantly reverted back to General attitude and simply nodded curtly to the young girl, eyes hard and dark. She shifted her attention to Iris. "What is she here for?" The General asked.

"Seems the Queen was feeling guilty for not being in the battle herself, so she arranged for me to bring her youngerself here," Iris said not pleased with the idea herself.
"So this is tha future, man," Eliza said, "At least Ih marry Kurt, there's some fun in this place," Eliza said before she was distracted by the hobbit-looking beings, "Ieeee, Ih'm gonna call y'all Pippin!" she squealed as they ran and she ran after them.

"Are you serious? She's....a child." Hannah said, her eyes trailing on the young Eliza disapprovingly. "If that girl gets injured in this battle, it'll damage the Queen. There's no logic to her guilt. She's going to have a baby, simple as that." Her dark eyes became icy. "I suppose the Queen won't allow us to send her back?"

"You know how she is, she lost her Southern accent but still has the stubborness. By any means, the good news is this was when the Queen's healing factor was at it's strongest, so any harm, she will survive. Not to mention it wasn't in any of our plans for her to get burdened with a child, nor do I think it was her's," Iris said as the Hobbits and Eliza ran past her.

"Whatever the Queen wishes." Hannah said, giving up because there was no time to argue over the matter. "Be sure she doesn't distract any of the troops from their mission, whether they be magical or mutant," She waved her hand in the direction of Eliza and the Hobbits.

"She has known a few years now what she has to do," Iris said catching Eliza's collar with her staff and stopping Eliza from chasing after the Hobbits, "Eliza it's time for you to act the part of a future queen. You are to fight and help us destroy Apocalypse and save the future."
"Ih know!" Eliza said powering up her light blue aura oodly bright against the barren landscape.

"Good thing, y'know, kid. I think they're on their way right now." Hannah said quietly, indicating the dark clouds headed their way. Her fanged canines glittered menacingly in the moonlight as she motioned to one of her captains. There was a small force of mutants who could shoot beams of ice, water, fire, and other energies from their hands. The small team seperated slightly from the rest of the unit.
