((Well then if they missed something then it's their responsability to ask for somebody's help or at least read a few pages to get the general idea. Part of being a member of a role play is reading what you missed. I'm done arguing, it's obvious that neither of us is going to give up, but I'm going to RP if I'm needed in the topic, I'm not gonna stop just because somebody says let's wait for the admin.))

((too much oc chatter...relagate it to another forum or pm...but way too much chatter.))
Mazarus was still in awe. "Your messing with me again Iada." Then the voice came. The woman with the scary magic trick who frightened even Raphael. Mazarus drew a knife and stepped forewards. He was ready, not ready to die, or be trapped here, but he would firght if need be.
back in the other realm Raphael had finished his alone time and decided he really needed to break something. He put his shirt back on and loaded down his knives. He then went outside to search for something worth breaking. In the distance he caught the glinting of a pair of binoculars. He began to head in that direction to see who might be that blatantly obvious about their location.

Midnight grinned openly at Maz when he came forward. "Honey, you think a knife can stop me? You can't even touch me. Let's see you try." Shade faded in and out, floating nearer and nearer to Mazarus until she was right in front of him, looking up into his eyes, hers sparkling completely black. "Stab me," she said in a whisper. Behind her there was nothing but the dark of the rest of the prison, scant light reflecting off of other prisoner's eyes as they watched the ghost.

Mazarus stood poised to strike. He really didn't want to fight this woman, particularly not because she was asking for it.
"I heard stories about you." Mazarus turned his head slightly to try and look at the woman from a different angle.
"and I suppose you are one of the sadistic ones right? like to hit the slaves just a little harder..."

A smile broke out on Midnight's face. "You are so clever," she said, reaching up to pat him on the cheek, but her hand passing right through his face. Her smile turned ugly when that happened, like a demon foiled in it's attempt to be in disguise as normal. "I am the Ghost, Shade, Midnight. I like to hit anyone, but the slaves are easier to hit. More fun to see the hope in their eyes get crushed. All I see in the eyes of the ruling elite is annoyance when I touch them. Not as fun. As for you, do I see fear?" Midnight moved her face right into Raphael's, their noses almost touching. "I'd torture the Iris lady, but her eyes are already crushed. She lives in her own hell. I'd torture Apocolypse himself, if I find a way, something that would make him cry," she said in a whisper. She didn't really want to let these free peoples get caught. It would be more entertaining to see them come back... or would it be to see them attempt to be rescued? "Convince me how you would be more fun to let go than tell on," Midnight continued.

"Shut up! Just shut up!" Iada said listening to the woman speak, her face had begun to flush in anger, and Iada though mellow tempered as she was, was a person that shouldn't get angry, "Your a horrible person, a person's pain should be cared for not savored like wine," she said her body taking on a golden glow filling the prison with light.
"Mazarus please get behind me," Iada said her eyes narrowing as she looked at Midnight.
Iris lifted her head as she felt her son's brain patterns in the dundgeons. Then she froze as she felt Midnight enter the area. Then there was an explosive amount of energy gathering there. Iris jumped to her feet and instanly her armor was back on and she picked up her staff.

"I prefer to think differently then my father. When he looks at you he see's obediant service. When I look at you I see a man that has a mind and that can think if he wants," Amelia said her lavender eyes sparkling as she gazed at Christian, "I also prefer a softer mind set when it comes to dealing with people."

Midnight's smile broadened as the girl yelled at her. Without knowing it, she had touched a nerve. "You aren't very good at convincing, honey," she said to the blue girl. "I am a horrible person. I am corrupt to my very marrow, crazy beyond redemption. And I am a whole lot happier than you. Ever gone crazy? I would recommend it. Very freeing. But Mazarus is a big boy, he can take care of himself, can he not? You interrupted." Midnight waved a hand in the girl's glowing face, casting shadows over it before turning back to the boy.

Iada felt the shadow cross her face and her eyes went blank as her nightmares were thrown into her mind. First was Mazarus walking off with some other girl leaving. Then of her parents dying, then all of her friends dying, and then finally she was alone, and she died alone. Iada fell to the ground sobbing holding herself.

"That girl has problems," Midnight said, cold eyes gazing down at the girl's fallen form, the gut-wrenching sobs echoing throughout the prison. "A broken reed, it takes so little to knock her down."
Jazz rushed to Iada, grasping the girl's hand in her own icy one. "What are you doing to her?" she screamed up at the ghost.

Iada then broke free of the visions and shook her face of tears, "I'm fine, the Ghost writer won't get me again with her powers," Iada growled and her golden aura once again flared up brighter then before.

"Ghost writer? Child, it was not my powers that brought your memories, that was you. I darkened your eyes so your mind took over for you. I don't write, I simply frighten. The darkness cares and people fill the vast emptyness with their own visions. You are your own demon," Midnight said, staring straight at Iada, a solid contrast to her aura. Then quietly she spoke again, "That is a lot of power and someone is going to feel it. Rebel, you could bring Apocolypse down on yourself. When you do, tell me, I do enjoy a good show."

Iada blinked and looked at Midnight, "I've never used my powers to hurt anyone," she said, "I just want my family and the other slaves free, that's all," Iada said still not realizing how much power she could produce.

"You don't understand, do you? Iris would have felt that. So would Apocolypse if he was near enough. Beings of power, they can feel power amass, and I can tell you, that was power. Noble goals, girl, for one so young. I think you are entertaining enough to let go, but remember, you called them down on yourself." Shade's body faded until it was no more except two black orbs, her eyes floating above the ground. They blinked once, then vanished as well. Midnight herself reappeared in a different part of the dungeon, letting her body be held by the wall with only her glittering eyes visible. Time for the show. She knew that she could still be found telepathically, if someone took the time to search the whole dungeon, they might find the blind spot, the spot that she blocked from them.

Iada powered down and looked a little frightened as a doorway opened up in the middle of the cell, "Damn she was right," Iada said frozen to the spot unable to port out of the cell.
Iris stepped out of the doorway and closed it keeping any prisoner's from trying to escape, "Somehow I believe that I'm the last person you wanted to appear," she whispered.

"I had noticed your demeanor is vastly different from your fathers. If I didn't know better, I'd never had guessed you were related."
He looked gazingly across the room, trying to keep from showing his visible embarassment of being thought of as being a mere servant.
"Don't think me rude, ma'am, but would you mind accompanying me on a walk after dinner? I feel there is much more to talk about, than one meal might allow for."

"Sometimes I tend to wonder also," Amelia said thoughtfully, "But there aren't mAny who were present when I was born, so answers have been sparse and fustrating to find. And I have not of you as a servent Christian, just in case that thought is true in your head."
She then c.ocked her head to the side and let her long black hair tumble over her shoulder, "And a walk sounds lovely."

Christian's heart skipped a beat. Yes, he screamed in his head, Crap, I know she heard that...
He began eating his meal again, with a new sense of delight, and hoping the time he would accompany Amelia wouldn't be ill-spent.
"Thank you," he said.
