Cole smiled as she took his finger. "Good luck," he said loud enough for her to hear."
He rolled over, and closed his eyes, Now I'm pulling for you, Christian. Get your ass in here, and cut me loose!

Mazarus was at odds with his emotions, now his mother was here, this day was getting to be too difficult to deal with. He just sat there dumbfounded.
Raphael on the other hand had his act together, as soon as Iris entered the room he had his bolt pistol trained on her, the action pulled back. However he lowered the weapon back to its holster when he realized who it was. He stepped in front of Jasmine and Iada to protect them as his own children.
"what do you want here?"

Iris laying on the floor, everyone's voices were muffled and then one echoed in her head.
"What do you want here?" a voice she hadn't heard in a long time.
"Please don't let this be a dream," Iris thought herself, unable to find the strength to look at her husband in years. Let alone to get up and run to him, even if it ment shooting her.
"Dude Pravus the chicks been beat up, and now she passed out on the floor, I doubt she's gonna hurt us. Because she would have already," Iada said porting over to Iris and looking the woman up and down, "I'd say by the wounds it was Midnight, but her wrists are burnt. Hmm insteresting.

"step back Iada, let me have a look." Raphael walked towards the fallen body of his wife. He looked her over from a standing position before bendint down and grabbing the collar of her armour. He picked her up by it looking her over. Raphael's features softened, He relaxed his grip and let Iris fall into his arms, whispering in her ear, "Never thought it would be me having to take care of you." He picked her up gently and took her into the back laying her on a bed.

Iris felt hersels on a soft bed, a bed that was a memory before she had joined sides with Apocalypse. A smile flitted her lips before Iris dropped into unconciousness.
"Wow, they really loved each other, didn't they?" Amelia asked her brother curiously, "And I guess I ruined it."

Mazarus' scowel hardened. "not you, him..." Mazarus had not regaurded his sister as a sister for a long time, he had regaurded the other two more seriously as such, and Iada it seemed had a big crush on him. Mazarus didn't mind it, he actually liked it, it felt normal. He knew that Raphael would one day teach Jasmine the way he had taught her mother and x-t, and Iris, and himself, but if Raphael fell, the responsibility was to fall to Mazarus. Mazarus respected Jasmine, she was a little unconfident, but he saw what could be great. "He ruined all of our lives, and pops there has it out for him in a big way. I think he may even give his own life just to wound Apocoplypse, just to pay him back for the pain Raphael felt. However death is too good for that man, I know Raphael will let him live only long enough to regret what he did."
Raphael was in the back room, holding his wife's hand. His face blank, his complexion ashen as if a ghost had just come back to life.

"I've seen visions of the future, some are of a new school that was built for mutants. And others I see the world black and cold. It frightens me sometimes, because this battle will determine which future will take place," Amelia said touching her brother's arm.
"Raphael?" Iris asked weakly as she regained conciousness. She opened her eyes weakly and smiled a little bit. He was holding onto one hand but with her free hand Iris reached up and ran the back of her hand down his scarred cheek. Before resting it weakly on the bed.

Christian smiled at Amelia, and placed a hand on her shoulder, "Consider yourself lucky, my dear. You fret because you see a possible future full of darkness and death. Everyone else around you can only imagine that death would be worse. Everyone fears what they don't understand."
He removed his hand, and sat in a chair across the room, "Professor Charles Xavier built everything good in our time on that belief; citing that people could learn, and that mutant-kind might one day live with humans peacefully."
He sighed, in rememberance of Xavier's memory, and sat in silence for a moment, "But your father doesn't seem to be the one to let anyone push him around without pushing back. I know full well Apocalypse will have his hands full when Raphael moves his pieces into play."

Amelia sighed, "It is a gift and a burden at times. I fear that if I probe too deeply into the future or the path I may become lost," she said, "If we win this war I will personally use my powers ot begin rebuilding Xavier's. But at the begining we will house refugees of Apocalypse's dundgeons."

"The road to hell is paved with good intentions," he warned, "Pace yourself. We still need to face Apocalypse before we can beginning planning our future."

"And sometimes planning for the future makes fighting for it all the worth," Amelia said frowning at Christian not liking him lecturing her on old probverbs.

Christian shook his head, "Slow down, I think you may have read to far into what I said. 'We still need to face Apocalypse before we can beginning planning our future'."
He smiled, and took her hand, "I want to be there with you every step of the reconstruction. Because in a way all of this is partially my fault."

Amelia looked hopefully into Christian's eyes and then suddenly turned away. His eyes, normally she could look into someone's eyes and see their future, but when she looked into Christian's eyes she saw nothing, and that frightened her.

Christian gasped as she turned from him, "What's wrong Amelia? Did I say something?"
He put his hand on her shoulder and turned her to face him, "Whats the matter?"

"Nothing," Amelia said her voice steady, "In the battle coming up you will make several decisions, choose them wisely because your future in unset and easily moved one direction or the other."

He looked at her puzzled, one eyebrow raised in bewilderment, "Decisions? Oh, you mean about my life-or-death tyrade I was on earlier? I told you, Amelia, I won't go looking for it."
Her look didn't change, "Wait, there's more than that isn't there?"

"So much more then you could possibly see," Amelia said gravely and looked at her mother's staff that was still in her hand.

"What is it? Why do you look like this, what's wrong?" He was worried. For years she had been looking into futures, but Christian had never seen her so solemn. And it bothered him to no end.

Amelia shook her head, "I see things Christian and I dare not tell you because they would affect what will happen during the battle. It is the curse of being able to see the future," she said still not looking him in the eyes.

He grew scared, and shivered a little, "You don't think I'll come back, do you?"
