Bio/History: Robin was born with the ability to teleport, though her parents didn’t know it. Her Mother, Anna, cared for her delicately, even after her Father died in a car accident. When Robin got into Kindergarden, many kids teased her because of her hair and eyes. Robin stayed inside the classroom during recess because the sun hurt her eyes and burned her skin.
After Kindergarden, when Robin turned six, her Mother took her on a train ride to Indiana to see her Grandparents. But, the train wrecked, and Robin teleported out of there without knowing it. She had teleported only seven feet out of the train, but that seven feet saved her life. Robin managed to get to her Grandparents house, only to learn they had no idea who she was, and they wouldn’t take her in. So, for about a year, Robin bounced from place to place, and learned about Xavier’s Institute. She started to make her way there, via hitchhiking and walking, since she can’t find out how to make herself teleport again. She’s now in Bayville.
Example Post:
Robin slowly walked down the side of the freeway, the rain beating down on her back. She stopped and stared at a road sign that read: ‘You are now in New York’. She smiled and started crying, she was finally in New York! She could be something now. People can help her now.
She ran down the side of the highway, and stopped to wave down a car. They stopped and she explained that she needed to get to Bayville. The driver nodded and told her to get in, and the trip continued.
“Bayville huh? I was going to pass through there. Lots of mutants.”
“Yeah, I know.”
“Mutants are nice. Not the bad ones. I have a mutant cousin in Minnesota.”
“Really?”
“Yep. She can lift objects with her brain. Pretty common, but still good.”
“Cool.”
“Yep.”
They continued to Bayville, and he gave her five dollars when she got out.
“Get yourself something to eat.”
“Thank you.”
“Don’t sweat it, kiddo.”
After the car drove away, Robin walked into the nearest restaurant and ordered a kids, meal, and as soon as it came, she hunkered down and ate it all. God, she was hungry.
