Bio/History:
When Alice lived on a farm when she was small.It was a cattle ranch and they hand hundreds of cattle. Alice had free range on it. She liked to play near the cattle, they were like her friends. But one day the cattle escaped and they stampeded to wards her. She got scared and turned to water. Her father watched this and decided the country wasn't a safe place for her. She they moved to the city.
City life was so different for Alice that she had to start all over again. She made some friends and so many enemies. Her father forbid her from using her powers, but she still practiced when he was away. It never worked.One day she told a teacher that some students were selling drugs and they chased after her, saying they were going to kill her. She did the only thing she could think of at the moment. She ran out into the street and they fallowed.This was at night so it was hard to see people. A large Semi with a Drunk driver and the wheel cam down the street and to wards her. She stopped and watched as it sped to wards her and the people chasing after her. At the last second she turned to water and the boys died when the Semi hit them. She was perfectly fine... She ran home and told her Dad what happened, and they moved back to the country with and to and small cottage, where she was home schooled.
When Alice was 13 he dad found her Unmanageable, because she would often, protest and have major temper tantrums. So he sent her off to a boot camp. She was so bad there. They learns how to drive tanks... But she tried to run her superiors over. How to use Tazors... But she hit the commanding officer with a tazor 7 times because she was angry.She spent most of her time running the assault course. On stormy nights they would strap a pole on to her back and make her stand on the hill, making her the highest point. This is how she developer a great fear of Lightning.

Alice wandered into the small town. It was her 16th birthday... Not like anyone care. She Kicked a small pebble that was on the dusty street over tot he other side of the road. She gave a sigh and put her hands in her pockets.
"I'm so not anyone...." She muttered to herself as she wandered home.Everyone else in the town celebrated everyone else's birth day even if they didn't know them... But for a mutant teen with a poor father... No. Her father had told one of his Friends from work about Alice's power and he'd told the rest of the town. SO not she was an outcast.... She reached the door of the cottage and opened it. Inside was a small package on the table. She opened it and inside was a necklace.It was silver with a black stone in the center.She frowned and walked swiftly into her room, leaving her necklace on the table. She flopped on her bed and pulled out her book. She didn't want to necklace. It was her dads way of saying he was sorry for her being who she was, his way of saying sorry for telling people about her power... His was of saying sorry she was a mutant.
She gave a sigh and closed her eyes imagining herself in a place with people like herself.People who weren't excepted... She didn't know where that place was but she was going to find it. She stood up and pulled out her bag. Putting some clothes, money, food, and other essential things inside. She wandered out of her room and into the kitchen. She looked at the necklace and picked it up tossing in in the sink and down the drain. Her father was a plummer and farmer, to he would see it when he went to fix the drain. She locked the door from the inside, her father never locked the door, her didn't even have a key, she was the only one who did. She prayed for her powers to work. She was scared, thinking that her father would call the cops and take her back. She felt a little strange suddenly she was a puddle on the floor.She moved slowly, the puddle moved through the gap under the door. She calmed down and she slowly found herself turn back to normal. She gave a sigh looking at her hands. Turning them this way and that. She smiled to herself and off she went, picking up her back that she'd put out side.
