Bio/History: Alessandro was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. His father was Italian and his mother was Irish and Italian. Because of his parents’ nationalities, Italian was often spoken and Alessandro became fluent in the language. Alessandro attended Boston College High School, was on the school’s track team, and recently graduated in the top ten percentile.
Alessandro’s mutant abilities began developing when he was about thirteen. He awoke one morning to find his bed suspended in mid-air and his room “rippling”. He panicked and the room went back to normal. The first time this happened, Alessandro shook it off as just still dreaming, but after it happened again, he realized that he was doing it. His sister was the one to help him gain control over his ability.
When Alessandro was fourteen, his parents were killed in a car crash. In his parents’ will, his father had stated that if anything was to happen to them before Phebe was an adult, she would be emancipated and become Alessandro’s legal guardian.
Example Post: (Scene: Alessandro finds out his parents are dead.)
Alessandro made his way through the crowd of students, murmuring a brief apology to anyone he jostled on his way to his locker. 27 right, 13 left, 4 right. The lock popped open, and he stacked his books neatly inside his locker and slammed the locker shut. Last period, algebra, had finally ended, and Alessandro only had track before he could go home. He glanced at his watch before slinging his backpack over his shoulder and rushing off towards the track field. If he didn’t hurry, he’d be late. If he was late again, Coach would either kill him or make him run extra laps. He wasn’t sure which was worse.
Alessandro checked his watch again as he reached the field, and was relieved to discover that he’d made it just in time.
“Okay,” Coach Reiley began, “now that we’re all here, I want you all to start on your warm-ups. After you’ve finished those, you’ll do ten-”
Alessandro Guerriero please report to the office. Alessandro Guerriero please report to the office.
Alessandro groaned inwardly. What could he possibly have done now? “Coach?”
Reiley just waved him off, “Yes, go.”
Alessandro picked up his bag and headed back into the school. When he reached the door to the office, he took a deep breath and knocked once before entering. The secretary looked up from her computer. “Go on in, hon. They’re waiting for you in there,” she nodded towards the door to the Principal Morris’s office.
They? Alessandro wondered as he thanked the secretary and went straight into Morris’s office.
“Mr. Guerriero, please take a seat,” Morris began, but Alessandro barely registered what the man had said. His attention was instead focused on his older sister.
“Phebe, what’s wrong?” Phebe rarely cried, but now he could see the tears running down her face.
Phebe looked up at her younger brother. “It’s- It’s mum and dad.”
A feeling of dread washed over Alessandro, “What happened? Are they okay?”
Phebe shook her head as she tried to regain control over her voice. “There was an accident. A- A car ran a light and hit them. They didn’t make it.”
A “Wha?” was the most Alessandro could manage.
Phebe pulled her brother into a tight hug. “They’re dead, kid. They’re dead,” she said gently. She hadn’t seen her brother cry since he was a small child, but if the dampness on her shoulder was any indicator, he was crying now.

Reality warping is a form of superpower normally associated with comic books--Marvel comics in particular--though it was likely DC comics who started it all with Mr. Mxyzptlk.
The ability to alter reality is often regarded as the ultimate superpower in comicdom. Generally, it translates as the ability to reshape matter and energy, turn a person's thoughts or desires into reality, bend time and space just as the Phoenix Force does to travel across timelines, and bend, twist or possibly even rewrite the laws of physics. The Joker, wielding the power of Mr. Mxyzptlk as "Emperor Joker", was even been able to rewrite logic itself, for example, making the whole world believe that 2 + 2 equals "fish".
Some of the most extreme reality warpers, like Mxyzptlk and James Jaspers, are not even limited by their own physical bodies and can alter their own stature and appearance at will to become whatever they want to be, no matter how bizarre it might be. This ability seems to go far beyond anything that "ordinary" shapeshifters like Mystique and Morph could even think of in their wildest imagination. Most reality warping individuals, at least in Marvel comics, tend to be mutants. In DC comics, the fifth-dimensional imps that sometimes visit the DC universe, of which Mxyzptlk is the most common and well-known, seem to be the most common and also the most powerful reality warpers.
