Powers: She has the ability to Conger thing. kind of like a TV witch would. For example if she wanted a cope of hot Chocolate all she has to do is think about it and snap her fingers a there it would be. She also has telekineses.

Bio: Catherine is a brat, Her mother works in the US air force and her father is in the Navy. Because of this Cat spent most of her life in a boarding school, Though it was not as sticked as the normal boarding school she still did not seem to fit in completely. Unlike most girls who spent there time shopping or doing other girl stuff. She would spend most of her free time either working on some technological item either in her room or some were in the school, That or in a garage some were working on or under a vehicle. at the age of 16 her telekineses manifested and this made her even more of an out cast. What friends she had had before no longer would associate with her so she spent even more time alone in her room or in a garage. At 17 her Conjuring ability's manifested though by now she had excepted the fact that she was a mutant, But her new power seemed to get her in true trouble. For she had been accused of steeling things wen the truth was that her powers had made stuff appear and disappear. She eventually took the money she had been saving from working at a garage or doing other mechanical and technical stuff around town. She then left her boarding school a couple weeks before her 18th Berth day. She eventually came to Bayville but even there she still had problems and landed in jail a couple times under the accusation that she had stolen something. It was during her second incident with the law that she would be invited to the mansion.
