His father took the death as poorly as Arthur did but managed to keep going for his child's sake. When his father first encountered his new creation he was stunned. After a bit of time he accepted her but she was only a shadow of her former self. But this shadow was more then enough to make Arthur stable again. As time went on though his creature started to learn that she wasn't the real one and things started to go down hill quickly. It ended with his creature of his mother killing herself and Arthur learned a great lesson. During this time he created many great works of art. Two of which were Jack and Eve he made them the same way he made his mother, but told them what they were. They stayed around along time with Arthur and his other creations but then left to explore the world for themselves. He made others but did not give them the same life but one other. One day he returned to his room in a hurry trying to get away from a group of orphans that hated him for no other reason then the fact he was different. They ended up destroying his art and the living animated statue. This almost destroyed Arthur. In hate Arthur built a large and powerful model of a fearsome golem. Into it he poured his hate, his need for protection and other things. He called it Joshua when he awoke it.
