-You are allowed to use characters from the X-Men comics, all of them, as long as they are somehow reflectant of the X-Men Evolution changes (i.e. younger, in school, etc.)
General
-Once your character has been approved, post in the Alliances thread.
- Do not have images in your signature that stretch the page.
- Be courteous
- No sexual, racial, or other slurs
- no insulting others
-Do not back talk to the admins or mods
- The site is rated R, but don't over do it. The CBOX is still rated PG, so keep it clean in there.
-I don't care how good of a roleplayer you are. If you haven't posted a profile, you don't post anywhere else! I will delete all posts you have made in the IC boards if you don't have an approved profile yet.
Creating Characters
- No copying others profiles
- No using characters from other shows or Books(Teen Titans, Batman, Naturo, DeathNote, Narnia, etc)
- You may have up to six main characters and four secondary characters.
-You are required to show that you have competent reading, writing, spelling and grammer to play a canon character.
- If you are not on for two weeks without notice, your canon character will be revoked and up for grabs.
-Your display name must be one of you characters first and last name or codename. It also must be capitalized.
--WRONG WAY: wolverine, kittypryde, mary09, Kitty/Lance
--RIGHT WAY: Nightshadow, Alex Knight, Link
-No taking Canon Characters just so you can pair them off with your own orginal characters.
IC
- DO NOT POWERPLAY!
- Use spell check and proper grammar
- always put *exit (insert character here)* to leave a post.
- Do not use excessive OOC talk in your posts
- No seriously explicit sexual scenes, because we do have minors on the site.
- No chat speech IC...because when people do that, it annoys me.
(Example: "LOL" Mary said as she began to ROTFL)
**You must write in the past tense.
---BAD Example: Justin walks over and sits by Derek.
---GOOD Example: Justin walked over and sat by Derek.
**You must write in third person, not first person.
---BAD Example: I saw my friend, Alex, and waved as I walked over.
---GOOD Example: He saw his friend Alex and waved as he walked over.
---No small letters, like this, Billy bob went to the store and bought some eggs.
-In any post, you must ask permission to use another person's character in any way, in any board, whether it be in the Future board or the Exile board or any other board. Anywhere on this forum, you must ask permission.
OOC
- Do not start arguments
- Only Mods and Admins reply to profiles. So unless it's your profile, don't reply. If you like someone's character PM them and say so. Otherwise your post will be deleted and you will be given a warning.
- If you're not finished with a profile put (Incomplete) or (Under Construction) in the title of the thread. DO NOT post a new thread with the finished Bio and forget about the old unfinished Bio.
Minor offenses: warning
Medium offenses: possible suspension, warning and or PM from admins or mods
Severe offenses: Possible banning or suspensions
